These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://themodel.ae (“the Website”), operated by Model Private School, Abu Dhabi (“the School”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only, to learn about the School, make enquiries and access information we provide. You must not:

  • Use the Website in any way that breaches UAE law, including cybercrime and data protection laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems.
  • Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code, or disrupt the Website’s operation.

We aim to keep the Website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content, including fees, schedules, curriculum details, admission criteria and calendars, is complete or up to date. Information is subject to change without notice. Please confirm important details directly with the School’s administration.

3. Admissions and enquiries

Submitting an enquiry or online form does not guarantee admission or a place for any student. Admission is subject to the School’s admission policy, available seats, ADEK requirements and the verification of documents. Any fees or offers are valid only when confirmed by the School in writing.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, logos, graphics, images, videos, layout and software, belongs to the School or its licensors and is protected by UAE copyright and intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any content without our prior written permission.

Information you send through the Website, such as forms and messages, must be accurate and lawful. You allow us to use it to respond to you and operate the School as described in our Privacy Policy.
