- Information you give us: names, relationship to the student, email address, phone number, address, Emirates ID or passport details where required for admission, student details (date of birth, nationality, previous school, grade applied for), and the content of enquiries, forms and messages.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent, referring site, and cookie identifiers.
- Job applications: CV, qualifications, work history and contact details.
- Images and recordings: photos or videos only with appropriate consent, or where the Website carries event or CCTV-related notices.
3. How and why we use personal data
- To respond to enquiries and manage admission applications and registrations.
- To communicate with parents, guardians and students about school activities, events, circulars and policies.
- To meet legal and regulatory duties, including reporting to ADEK and other UAE authorities.
