Objective:
To make awareness in children about the moral value “Empathy”. We celebrated Moral Value Day “Empathy” on 4th September 2019. The objective was to create the ability to understand and
share the feelings of others. Students came with some posters and the teacher discussed about empathy by showing the posters. Later the students were given a chance to speak about empathy by
using their posters.
During the interaction session, the teacher explained different emotional feelings like sadness, happiness, excitement, anger etc. The students conducted a role play on „Empathy‟, like one
student helped another student to open the door, while he was entering the class, sharing food with friends. Thus they got an idea how we need to care people and to be empathetic.
