Classes other than the KG section of The Model School had a colourful celebration of the UAE National Day on December 4, 2019, at the school. The program started with the Quran recitation by Huda Jabir. The principal, Abdul Khader, gave an introductory speech which was followed by a very informative speech about the 48th National Day by Raafat.
There was a patriotic song presentation by the senior girls, (يا عِزدار) Ya Izzidar. The juniors also presented songs. A quiz was held about the UAE by Sahla Abdul Aziz, which was followed by a traditional and attractive dance of boys and girls. Altogether, it was a wonderful day of celebration to honour the culture and greatness of the nation, the UAE.
